A colleague and I stayed here for 9 nights while working in Vancouver. The location is a short walk to the historic Gas Town area, Chinatown, the core of downtown, the stadium, etc., perfectly central. There are some great cocktail bars and restaurants nearby, grocery stores too, a cinema across the street. The apartment itself is quite spacious, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, good internet. If you're a light sleeper it can be a bit noisy with the windows open in the neighbourhood in the evenings since it's a busy area, but otherwise it's a good place to set up camp for a visit to Vancouver. The building itself was quiet and private and the two bedrooms and two bathrooms are perfect for colleagues or families to share the space.

Carlos' place was as described. Large space that still felt comfortable and cozy. Especially as the weather gets cooler. Appreciated the arcade games setup as you walk in. Helped pass the time during down time. The entire property was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms in regards to towels and dishes. The check in process was seamless and Carlos provided clear and concise instructions for check in and check out. Carlos was also very proactive in checking in with us for the duration of our stay. Fortunately, everything was as smooth as can be as we did not have to bother Carlos but rest assured, he is there should you need his assistance. Would definitely stay again should we be in the area.

The suite was exactly like pictures and description. Very clean, comfortable and roomier than I thought it would be. It was a very spacious and comfortable stay for 4 adults. Everything was very clean and it had all the amenities you could need. The neighbourhood was quiet, peaceful and felt very safe. It was also very conveniently located between Commercial Drive and Downtown Vancouver. Carlos was very responsive, polite and so our check-in was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend choosing this suite and will be saving it in my Whishlist for my next Vancouver stay. Thank you Carlos!

This a little gem of place is beautifully appointment. Cozy, very clean and comfortable bed. Totally set kitchen with a nesspresso machine for the win !! I especially enjoyed the private garden patio and there is a big beautiful waterside park just across the street. Carlos and his wife have done a wonderful job with this suite. Highly recommended.

Wir waren zu viert in diesem sehr schön eingerichteten Haus. So konnten wir die Schlafzimmer jeweils im Ober- und Untergeschoss beziehen bei maximaler Privatsphäre. Es ist alles neu gemacht und geschmackvoll arrangiert. Carlos hat immer schnell geantwortet, wenn Fragen aufkamen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat alle Möglichkeiten. Der Aufenthaltsbereich draußen hinter dem Haus ist wirklich toll gemacht. Mit Grill und Kamin kann man es sich dort richtig gemütlich machen, auch wenn es regnet. Die Lage ist top, nur ein kurzer Weg zum Skytrain, aber auch das Viertel selber bietet sehr viele Möglichkeiten wie Restaurants aus der ganzen Welt. Es ist ein aufstrebendes Szeneviertel. Supermärkte sind auch fußläufig erreichbar. Es war perfekt, um Vancouver kennenzulernen.

Place was amazing! Very clean and laid out well inside. Kitchen is very well stocked, lots of spices and utensils and appliances. Coffee bar was great. Outside space is lovely. I would definitely stay again! Thanks Carlos

Carlos' place was great and exactly as described. 10-20 minute drive to DT Vancouver (depending on traffic) and close to many other local restaurants and cafes. The entire house was super spacious and all the amenities were accurately described. Just be aware that there is no dishwasher in the unit - so if you're staying for a few nights just keep that in mind. Carlos asked us to leave the dishes in the sink during check out, so that was pretty easy. Overall highly recommend Carlos as a host!

We had a great stay at Carlos’ bungalow next to Commercial Street. Even though we were originally booked at another property, Carlos was very proactive and responsive when an issue came up and moved us here last minute. The location was excellent - close to downtown and right on the Expo Line, which made getting around very easy. The house itself was cozy and well set up, with thoughtful touches like coffee provided and the convenience of a washer and dryer. Parking wasn’t dedicated, but we were able to find a spot without too much trouble. Overall, we felt right at home and really appreciated the amenities and comfort during our stay. Would happily stay here again!

It was a wonderful stay! It was quite hard to find an Airbnb here, but we were so glad to have found this one. The place is in a quiet and safe area, with free parking nearby. Carlos was super responsive and helped with everything. Thank you – we would definitely come back ☺️

We had an amazing stay! Everything went perfectly from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, very modern, in a new and quiet complex, and perfectly located in North Vancouver, just a short walk from the Shipyards and Lonsdale. Carlos and Christine were truly outstanding hosts, always available, incredibly kind, and attentive to every detail to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their communication was fast, clear, and thoughtful throughout. This is a beautiful apartment with exceptional hosts, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly. We would be happy to stay here again anytime!
