***All I ask is that you treat the residence the exact same way you would want a guest to treat your home. Thank you! 🙂*** Please also acknowledge the following:   1. Based on past experience, we do not host groups who are 21 years of age or younger. Please do not place a reservation without pre-approval from us. Failure to do so will result in termination of your reservation.   2. Vancouver locals require pre-approval before booking. This is to prevent locals from using our property as a party house.   3. Please note that we only release door codes to the person who booked the reservation.   4. All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. This means all guests entering the residence at any point in time counts as a guest. In other words, the definition of a guest is not limited to only those people planning on sleeping inside the unit, but to all guests planning to be inside the unit at any given time for an extended period.   For example, if 2 people are going to "hang out" inside the unit for extended periods of time, but only 1 person plans on sleeping over, then the guest count selected during the booking should be "2” not "1". Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival may lead to an immediate termination of the reservation. That said, up to 2 visitors are allowed to join you for a meal, coffee or happy hour without prior disclosure.   5. No parties. Neighbours value the quiet enjoyment of their homes. Therefore, we will know if parties are being held. If this rule is not followed, your reservation will be terminated and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.   6. Not for commercial use or special occasions. This includes: weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays, commercials, bridal showers, photo shoots, etc.   7. Please note that this is a smoke-free/drug free environment. If any smoking/vaping/drugs are detected inside the unit, outside on the patio or anywhere on strata property grounds, we will immediately terminate the reservation and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.   8. No pets please. If any pets are brought inside the unit, the reservation will be terminated and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.   9. No excessive noise or loud music. Quiet hours start at 10:00pm. If any noise complaints are reported by neighbours your reservation will be terminated and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.   10. Please ensure to check-out on time in order to avoid a $50 late check-out fee. We need to have the cleaners clean the unit on time for the next guest to check-in. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Unless otherwise discussed, any guest who is still in the residence/property after 12pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late check-out in advance.   11. Please let us know in advance if you need to check-in past 10pm.   12. Guests are assured that the space will be in clean and working condition. No compensation will be given for non-working items outside of our control, including but not limited to, power outages, internet outages, etc. For items inside our control, we will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is the Guest’s responsibility to notify us immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems we are able to rectify within a reasonable timeframe. Guest will be responsible for costs of any repairs for problems caused by actions of Guest or due to Guest’s failure to immediately notify Host. 13. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.   14. Check-In - 3pm Check-Out - 10am Please be respectful of the check-in and out times, we need that time to clean between each guest and ensure the house is ready for the next guest.

This a little gem of place is beautifully appointment. Cozy, very clean and comfortable bed. Totally set kitchen with a nesspresso machine for the win !! I especially enjoyed the private garden patio and there is a big beautiful waterside park just across the street. Carlos and his wife have done a wonderful job with this suite. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay! Everything went perfectly from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, very modern, in a new and quiet complex, and perfectly located in North Vancouver, just a short walk from the Shipyards and Lonsdale. Carlos and Christine were truly outstanding hosts, always available, incredibly kind, and attentive to every detail to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their communication was fast, clear, and thoughtful throughout. This is a beautiful apartment with exceptional hosts, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly. We would be happy to stay here again anytime!

Carlos’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had a quaint charm and was exactly what we were looking for. The addition of the portable AC was a thoughtful touch and made all the difference during this unusually hot Vancouver summer. Check-in was seamless, the instructions were clear and it was very easy to access the unit. Street parking was available nearby, just be sure to watch the signage and follow the regulations. The location itself couldn’t be better: close to Lonsdale Quay and just a short hop on the Seabus into downtown. Overall, a comfortable and convenient spot that I’d happily stay at again next time I’m in North Van.

Impeccably clean with great amenities - the kitchen had everything we might need for a short stay. Great to have a washer / dryer available. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well finished and very clean and the shower has excellent pressure. Lots of information and recommendations from Carlos. The flat is about a 20/25 walk to Lower Lonsdale where there are lots of restaurants and the seabus over to Downtown etc. so everything is very accessible. There is also a bus that runs right past if you don't fancy the walk.

We had a really good stay and the host was on top of communication. We had no issues with the place, everything was clean and worked. I loved that it had a little fire pit on the patio area, got to make some smores and enjoy outside. It had everything you needed from bathroom essentials, kitchen essentials, to a nice bed with a tv on the wall that you can extend to make it easier to see. He also gave us some recommendations on places to go. Overall it was a nice stay and Carlos was a great host, definitely 10/10 recommend:)

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at this cozy and modern Airbnb in North Vancouver. The space was perfect for two, with stylish furniture, up-to-date amenities, and a well-stocked kitchen that made it easy to cook meals at home. The location was super convenient; just a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Lonsdale Quay and tons of great restaurants. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
