We had such a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Carlos was an excellent host—very responsive and thoughtful. The space worked perfectly for our family, and the location made it easy to get around. We’re so grateful to have found this spot during a stressful time, and we’d happily stay again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Vancouver!

The house was lovely and the location was great, very walkable! We were there during two very hot days and the house does not have central AC (there is one unit that my mom was able to use in one bedroom) but the rest of us couldn’t sleep bc it was just so hot. Not a fault of the house just something to note if you’re there during the summer/it’s supposed to be hot.

We had a wonderful stay at Carlos’ place just off Commercial Drive. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were super comfortable!

We loved our stay at this amazing place. It starts with the beautiful garden from the front to the back of the house as we entered. The place is modern and spacious. So convenient having a Nespresso coffee in the mornings. The place is located in a neighbourhood where people take pride in their home and garden. We were a block away from a lovely coffee shop and sandwich/cafe shop. We also found a convenience store and La Casa Gelato was a short walk away. We enjoyed the location as it was 20-30’ uber away from most places we need to visit including downtown and north van hikes. Only 10-15 walk to the Chinatown - bonus we did take out from Phnom Penh so we didn’t have to wait for hours. Only a 30’ bike ride to English bay. The neighbourhood is quiet in the evenings. Carlos was such an attentive host. Always on hand to help to ensure our stay is perfect. And it was! Icing on the cake is the historical significance of this place as my husband is a fan. Don’t hesitate to book here!

The house exceeded expectations. Plenty of living space, bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group of 8. The games room and pool table were really entertaining. Kitchen and dining area were comfortable and spacious. Easy drive to shopping, dining and walking spots. Close to the airport with a simple drive to get there. Would recommend this listing to families looking to stay in the Abbotsford. Carlos was a wonderful host who communicated well making check in and check out smooth and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Abbotsford.

Beautiful and comfortable guest house. Only stayed one night but wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the place a little more. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and parking was easy to find. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back to this beautiful place.

Just returned home today from a fantastic 4 night stay at Carlos’ place and could not have been more pleased. We were in Vancouver with two other couples and not only the location, but the home was perfect for 6 adults. Communication prior to our arrival, as well as during our stay, was flawless. The home is exactly as shown, extremely clean and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The location was perfect as the Sky Train is right around the corner, grocery stores, restaurants/etc., all so close. We really enjoyed a brunch at Apollo as well as a wonderful dinner at Havanas. Recommend both very highly. JamJar on the corner was also very good. All in all, I would go back in a heartbeat - wish Carlos had something for just one couple as both my husband and I fell in love with Vancouver.

We had a nice stay at this airbnb, check-in/check-out was easy. The location was perfect for our needs. Casa properties was kind enough to extend our check-out time by a couple of hours to accommodate our travel day.

Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt und es sehr genossen, dass es in der Unterkunft eine private Saune und einen Whirlpool gab. Außerdem war die Kommunikation mit Carlos sehr freundlich und falls wir eine Frage hatten, wurde diese schnell beantwortet.

Great place to stay with a super host! Kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor area is great on a nice night. Location is perfect and parking was easy to find.
