House Rules

All I ask is that you treat the residence the same way you would want a guest to treat your home! 🙂 Please also acknowledge the following:   1. Vancouver locals are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval. This is to prevent locals from using our property as a party suite.   2. No parties. We have close relationships with our neighbours and respect their rights as homeowners. Therefore, we will know if parties are being held.   3. Please note that smoking and drugs are not permitted in the entire building, including common areas and patios.   4. No pets, please.   5. No excessive noise or loud music. Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm.   6. Please check out on time to avoid a $50 late check-out fee. Normal checkout time is 10:00 am. The cleaners must clean the unit on time for the next guest to check-in. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Unless otherwise discussed, guests in the residence/building after 1:00 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late check-out in advance.   7. Please let us know if you need to check-in past 10:00 pm in advance.   8. Guests are assured that the space will be clean and in working condition. No compensation will be given for non-working items outside of our control, including but not limited to, power outages, internet outages, etc. For items inside our control, we will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is the Guest’s responsibility to notify us immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems we are able to rectify within a reasonable timeframe. Guest will be responsible for costs of any repairs needed due to actions of the Guest or due to Guest’s failure to immediately notify Host. 9. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. 10. In addition to the house rules, guests must agree to abide by all of the by-laws of the strata complex. Guests have access to everything in the suite excluding the storage closet in the main area. That is reserved for our cleaners. Check-In - 3pm Check-Out - 10am Please be respectful of the check-in and out times, we need that time to clean between each guest and ensure the house is ready for the next guest.

Carlos' suite is great, exactly as described, the pictures do not do it justice. Its compact, well laid out, very clean and has everything you need. It is centrally located not far from great restaurants, shopping and an easy walk to downtown. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Carlos's unit. It was easy to find and right next to the Olympic Village amenities (which included a grocery store and a London Drugs that made a big convenience for me). Carlos was also super responsive when I had questions, and the check in process was seamless. The unit itself was also a well designed use of that particular space, felt both cozy and open. I could live on that couch, it was particularly comfty. The entire place was very clean and inviting and the building was well maintained.

I stayed at Carlos’s suite while visiting Vancouver and really enjoyed my experience. The location was convenient and close to the city, and the space itself was modern, comfortable, and very clean overall. There was a small issue with the toilet not being fully cleaned when we arrived, but Carlos responded immediately and took care of it right away. We appreciated how quickly and professionally he handled it. Aside from that, everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Vancouver. Thanks, Carlos!
